A North Vancouver Recreation Commission fitness membership or drop-in is required to attend any fitness class. Please bring your own mat for floor work. A Weight Room Orientation is required prior to participating in Circuit Training Classes.

While we make every effort to advise of class changes, we may not be able to communicate last-minute cancellations to you before the scheduled class start time.
