Looking for a safe, relaxed place to hang out?
Drop in to your local Youth Centre for FREE. You can meet friends there, play games (Nintendo, PS2, basketball, pool, fooz ball and more), or join in some of our planned activities. Chill in a place that's free of drugs, alcohol and violence.

Need help with a problem? At each Youth Centre, you'll find:
- A Youth Outreach Worker
- A Drug & Alcohol Worker
- An Employment Counsellor
- Your neighbourhood RCMP Constable.
The health clinics at Parkgate and Lynn Valley Youth Hall are also free and confidential (see table below under "Hours").

Youth Programs & Drop-in Activities
If you're into sports, Harry Jerome Centre has an open gym session at Mickey McDougall for youth on Fridays from 10:00pm - 12:00 am and Sundays from 7:00 - 9:00pm.
