Build skills for your outdoor cycling with a group. Whether you're a novice needing to improve speed and climbing ability or a seasoned cyclist refreshing technique, our instructors can help. Learn about proper body positioning, use of hamstrings and calves, sprinting and hill climbing. Experience the exhilaration of biking-no matter what the weather!

Choose from one of the registered programs below or drop in for a 50-minute Indoor Cycle/Spin Cycle class at Harry Jerome Centre. There are only a limited number of cycle machines available at any time, so we recommend you register for the programs below (rather than just drop in).

Cycle and Core This 20-minute cycle and 25-minute core circuit class will provide you with a well rounded fitness workout. The class is perfect for the first time spinner who would like a gentle intro to indoor cycling. William Griffin eReg
Cycle & Pilates The perfect combination! Combine 30 minutes of cardio on the bike with 30 minutes of pilates techniques for developing core strength, toning and flexibility. William Griffin eReg
Cycle & Yoga This 30-minute cycle and 30-minute yoga stretch will provide you with a well rounded fitness workout. The class is perfect for the first time spinner who would like a gentle introduction to indoor cycling. William Griffin eReg
Cycle & Yoga for the Avid Spinner This 45 minute cycle and 30 minute yoga stretch class is the perfect way to add some harmony to your weekly workout routine. This class is suited for avid spinners who are looking to add core work and flexibility to their workouts. First time spinners are welcome, just be prepared to move at a fast pace. Harry Jerome eReg

Performance Cycle Combine your workouts and train more efficiently! This fabulous 75 minute class takes place in the cycle studio. The Vicious Cycle Enjoy a challenging, vigorous, non-impact 45 minute cardio cycle workout. This full body conditioning class is an ideal compliment to an existing exercise program.
