The current Leisure Guide contains listings and detailed information on all free programs for youth, adults, seniors and families offered by the North Vancouver Recreation Commission.

Please note:

• Drop-in activities do not require pre-registration.
• To register for free programs that are not drop-in activities, call 604-987-Play (7529).
• Group weight room orientations are free with a current fitness membership. Get Started Consultations at William Griffin, Harry Jerome, John Braithwaite, Karen Magnussen and Parkgate must be pre-booked. To book an appointment or for more information, call 604-987-Play (7529).
