Registered Fitness Courses
In addition to the 150+ drop-in fitness classes available each week at our facilities, we offer a number of excellent fitness courses designed to improve your health and wellness. From Kick-Start Fitness and Group Cycling to Core Stability training and Baby & Me Fitness, the North Vancouver Recreation Commission has a huge variety of programs for kids, youth, adults and seniors. No matter what your age or interests, you'll find something fun to keep you active!

Drop-In Fitness
Don't have time for a fitness course? Take advantage of our fitness classes or do a workout in one of our weight rooms. Just pay a drop-in fee or use your fitness membership.
