eReg (Online Registration)

Register for popular North Vancouver Recreation Commission courses with ease online.
Search the eReg system to find the courses you and your family members want. To register online, you must have a credit card. If you don't have a credit card, print our registration form (
PDF 114KB) and pay at your nearest Centre.
When you use eReg, you must pay the entire balance of your account at the time of registration. To pay for select courses with Playcard points, call our registration line at 604-983-6388
To register online, you will need the following:
- Your Playcard number (your client number)
- Your Playcard PIN (your family account reference number)
- The course code(s) and/or name(s)
- Your VISA® or MasterCard®
Don't know your PIN or Playcard number?
You can find them on any North Vancouver Recreation Commission receipt.
Due to changes in Canadian privacy legislation, we cannot tell you your PIN number over the phone. If you can't find a receipt, visit your local Centre and show picture ID at the front desk. If you supplied us with your email address when you set up your Playcard account, simply enter your e-mail address here and our system will automatically send you your account numbers.
Don't know or can't find the course code number?
Search this site for the course using the 'Find a program in eReg' feature on the right-hand side of this page, or by going directly to the Programs section. You can also search online through eReg. There's no need to have your Playcard with you to search the system.
Not all programs listed on the website are available for phoneReg or eReg. For these programs, you must register in person or call 604-983-6388 for details.
Already waitlisted for a course?
If you've waitlisted yourself or one of your family members online, you can find out where you are on the waitlist by calling us at 604-983-6388.
