In-Person Registration
Drop by any of our Recreation Community Centres during office hours.
Call Centre Customer Service at 604-983-6388
Phone one of our customer service staff at our Call Centre.
Regular hours: M-F 8:30am - 6:30pm.
The call centre will be open for registration at 7:00am on August 18th only.
eReg - Online registration
All you need is your Playcard number, PIN, course barcode and Visa or Mastercard. If you need assistance, click the help tab on the site, send us an email, or call 604-983-6388 M-F 8:30am - 6:30pm
Fall 2010 Registration
Begins Wed.,August 18th @ 7:00am for programs that run from September through December (excluding adult indoor tennis programs at Grant Connell Tennis Centre)

The first day of registration can be very busy......
With hundreds of people trying to access our registration systems, we know it can be frustrating when you can't get through or have to wait. We also know that the high level of online and telephone traffic has resulted in problems with our technology that can slow the registration process. There will be wait times during peak registration but we are working to reduce them.
Most of our Programs do not fill up on the first day of registration. So take your time and remember, registration is available for most programs, even after the course has started.
