For personal assistance with your northvanrec registration, just call 604-983-6388 to talk to a customer service representative. We're available to help you Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
To register by phone, you must have a credit card. If you don't have a credit card, print our registration form

Don't know your PIN or Playcard number?
You can find them on any northvanrec receipt.
Due to changes in Canadian privacy legislation, we cannot tell you your PIN number over the phone. To protect the security of your account, you'll need to visit your local Centre and show a piece of picture ID at the front desk. If you supplied us with your email address when you set up your Playcard account, enter your e-mail address here and we will reply with your PIN.
