Registration Tips for Automated Ereg

MPORTANT NOTE: Please use only one registration method at a time, if you try accessing your account through more than one registration channel, your account may freeze and prevent you from registering.

General Information for Ereg System

  1. What you need
    To use our ereg system, you will need your Playcard number (Log In), PIN, Visa, Mastercard & American Express and the barcode numbers for the courses you wish to register for.
  2. Adding new clients
    You cannot add clients to your account on-line. You must call 604-987-PLAY (7529) to add new clients to your account.
  3. Unsuccessful Login
    If you attempt to login into your account and are unsuccessful more than 3 times, the systems will lock you out. You must call 604-987-PLAY (7529) for customer service to have your account unlocked.
  4. Birthdates
    Make sure your family members' birthdates are correct in the system as they may not be able to register for certain courses that have age prerequisites.
  5. Multiple Fees
    Courses with multiple fees only allow the highest fee to be charged. Contact 604-987-PLAY (7529) if you require a lower fee to be applied.
  6. Refunds & Withdrawals
    You cannot withdraw from a course within 5 days of the course start date using our automated registration system. Call 604-987-PLAY (7529) to withdraw, a withdrawal fee may apply. Click here for information on our Refund and Withdrawal Policy.
  7. Other ways to register
    If you do not wish to use the automated systems to register, you can call our Customer Care Centre at 604-983-6388, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6:30pm for personal service or visit any of our Recreation or Community Centres during front office operating hours.

Ereg - automated online registration

  1. Logging In
    Log into the system in advance using your Playcard number
    (Your Playcard number is your Log In Number) and PIN.
  2. Refresh Button
    Refresh your browser leading up to the registration start time until you can add to your basket.
  3. Selecting a Client
    Make sure you select a client for the course that you selected from your account.
  4. Waitlisting
    Register for courses within the same activity (i.e. I Can Swim 2) that have spaces available prior to waitlisting. If you do the reverse, you will lose your waitlisted courses.
  5. Completing your transaction
    Your registration is not complete until you have completed the "check out" step even if you have no balance owing. You must click the "Complete Transaction" button in order to complete your transaction.
