Refund Policy
Just because your plans aren't certain, don't hesitate to purchase a fitness membership. We understand that life doesn't always go as planned, so we are willing to refund your membership. Please note the cancellation must be processed in person. Just bring your card to the nearest North Vancouver Community Recreation Centre for processing.
One-month Membership
Refunds will be prorated on a daily basis.
Three-month Membership
A processing fee will be applied to any refund requested in the first 2 months of a three-month membership. The refund will be prorated on a daily basis after the end of the second month.
Annual Membership
A processing fee will be applied to any refund requested in the first 4 months of an annual membership. The refund will be prorated on a daily basis after the end of the fourth month. Annual fitness memberships on scheduled payments can only be cancelled once all balances owing are paid in full.
