Class Name Description
Aerobics Mild* Moderate and Moderate+ Traditional fitness class consisting of warm-up, cardio and resistance training followed by a cool down and stretch.
Bootcamp A back to basics approach to fitness incorporating cardio, strength, speed, power, agility, endurance and balance drills.
Cardio Conditioning A class that offers cardio and strength conditioning workouts adaptable to all fitness levels.
Cardio Kickbox A combination class of martial arts-inspired kicking and boxing with upbeat music for a high-energy workout.
Cardio Sculpt A great class that combines a good cardio workout with muscle toning exercises to sculpt the body. Please bring a mat.
Chair Aerobics* A safe exercise program designed for the older exerciser or those with physical limitations that make traditional exercising difficult.
Circuit - Continuous (Harry Jerome Only) Maximize your time and get results! Drop in anytime during operating hours when classes are not in session for an unsupervised circuit workout using the wall-mounted signal.
Circuit Training 50+ Group support will help you feel comfortable whether you're a beginner or seasoned exerciser.
Circuit Mild* A gentle introduction to circuit training. Instructor & group support help you progress at your own pace.
Circuit Workout* An instructor-led conditioning circuit combining strength, cardio, agility, balance and endurance.
Conditioning Circuit This drop-in membership class is a great all over work out in the weight room. Includes strength, balance, reactivity, core stability, cardio and fun.
Core Cycle and Fit Bands Focus on core activation and stabilization with an hour of cycle drills.
Elderobics* Designed for those who just need a slower pace! A fun & easy exercise-to-music class where you can work on improving your stamina and strength.
Fit & Fifty Plus A workout using hand weights & the step to improve muscle tone, strength, cardio, balance & coordination.
Fit & Sixty Plus A balanced workout designed to improve endurance, muscle tone, balance & coordination.
Hi NRG A cardio class that incorporates simple choreography of high impact moves as well as low impact alternatives mixed with a variety of conditioning exercises.
Indoor Cycle (All Levels) A cycle workout for everybody that challenges you with intervals, drills and visualizations. Bring a towel and water bottle!
Interval Body Conditioning A moderate-high intensity class that will challenge you with intervals of cardio and strength training. Steps may be used.
Legs, Bums & Tums A cardio component followed by exercises focusing on strengthening your legs, glutes and abdominals. Resistance training equipment and steps may be used.
On The Ball A full-body conditioning workout using the stability ball to improve functional strength, core stability, flexibility, balance and posture.
On The Ball 55+ Geared for the older adult, a class that challenges your current exercise program by incorporating the exercise ball and resistance equipment
Power Drill Come run, squat and pushup your way to a new you! This class offers a high intensity, energy and a fast pace workout to maximize calorie burning! This 1 hour class will work out every muscle in your body! So come for a sweat that you will never forget!
Power Hour Combine the first half of the class with cardio and the second half with weights in this dynamic fast-paced workout aimed to maximize your time in the gym. Feel the power - enjoy the results.
Pump it Up A total body muscle conditioning class. Steps, tubing or hand weights may be used. No cardio component.
Simply Step This moderate to advanced step class involves fun choreography routines where a higher level of coordination is required.
Super Step This moderate to advanced step class involves fun choreography routines where a higher level of coordination is required.
Step & Strength Class includes an upbeat cardio portion on adjustable steps plus a strength & toning segment.
Strictly Stretch* Give your muscles a break! Dance, sports and yoga-based stretches will ease your mind and body.
To the Core This class begins with a cardio component, followed by a total body conditioning workout focusing on core and stability training using the fit ball and resistance training equipment.
Urban Warrior Bootcamp style-core & Plyometric with Kickboxing in between. Intense cross-training workout.
YoFit Features strength, cardio conditioning and flexibility components using yoga-like poses and stretches.
Yo Stretch This class combine muscle conditioning with traditional yoga poses to develop muscle tone, improve flexibility and enhance body awareness.
