| Active with Arthritis - Level 1* | Designed specifically for those diagnosed with arthritis. Improve mobility, flexibility and muscle tone by strengthening specific muscle groups. |
| Active with Arthritis - Level 2 | The next step. Greater work on specific muscle groups, increased repetitions resulting in better muscle tone, strength and mobility. |
| Aqua Circuit Express Workout (Deep) | A fabulous way to improve fitness and tone up in the water. This class incorporates both aerobic and resistance exercises challenging your body in the deep water environment. |
| Aquafit* | This water-based exercise class gives your body a total workout with little impact and joint stress. Workout intensity is moderate to vigorous and appropriate for all levels. |
| Aquafit Deep | A vigorous, high energy cardio workout in deep water that challenges all your muscle groups while eliminating impact to muscles, tendons or joints. |
| Aquafit Mild | A FUN class designed for older adults or anyone wanting to take things a little easier. Basic movements and stretches are used to improve mobility, flexibility, and range of motion in a relaxed, social and welcoming environment. A fantastic class for anyone pre/post natal or brand new to exercise. |
| Aquamax | An advanced high-intensity, deep-water class to improve cardiovascular fitness & muscular endurance with the use of a flotation belt. |
| Masterswim | Improve swimming ability through interval workouts led by experienced coaches. Must be able to swim 400m continuously and at least 100m of three of the following: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke or butterfly. Great for the triathlete or recreational swimmer who would like to improve their strength and endurance. |
| Stroke Rehab | This class is designed for anyone recovering from a Cerebal Vascular Accident (CVA) or stroke. Our instructors will assist you with various exercises specifically designed to improve your balance, strength and flexibility. Each class starts in the wave pool with an emphasis on all large muscle groups and joints. Finish up in our 96°F therapy pool working smaller muscle groups, fine motor skills and some speech therapy. | Swimfit | Improve swimming skill, ability and endurance through distance swimming, stroke correction and interval training. Must be able to swim 75m continuously and at least 100m of two of the following: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke or butterfly. Good for the recreational swimmer who would like to improve their strength and endurance. |
