No matter what your fitness level, you can develop your strength, cardio and agility at a northvanrec weight room. With a fitness membership, you have access to 10 weight rooms at 6 different locations. We can give you the help you need to get started from a weight room orientation to a lifestyle checkup, fitness testing, a personal fitness program, or highly specialized training to fit your individual needs.

Two of our facilities have multiple weight rooms. Each room is organized around a 'theme' and designed specifically to let you complete your entire workout within that one room.
