Spring 2012 Adult Tennis Registration Lottery
For adult tennis programs at Grant Connell Tennis Centre.
Our indoor tennis programs are very popular. To ensure fair and equal access to the limited number of spots available at Grant Connell Tennis Centre, we have introduced a registration lottery system for all adult indoor tennis programs.
You no longer have to fill out a lottery entry form to apply for adult indoor tennis programs, it is now done electronically through our computer computer registration system. You can apply to the lottery via the waitlist by the following 3 methods:
Online: Log in to your eReg account using your playcard number and password (can be found on any northvanrec receipt) add your name to any waitlist up to 8 courses maximum.
In Person: Go into any North Vancouver Community Recreation Centre and ask to be put on the waitlist for any adult indoor tennis course - up to a maximum of 8 courses.
By Phone: Call Grant Connell Tennis Centre at 604-983-6483 or the northvanrec call centre at 604-983-6388 and ask to be put on the waitlist for any adult indoor tennis course - up to a maximum of 8 courses.
By placing your name on the waitlist you are acknowledging that you are applying for the appropriate course for your skill level, based on the Tennis Canada "Play Tennis" rating system. If you are in the incorrect level you may be asked to withdraw from the course. Rating assessments are mandatory for any course rated a 3.0 or higher. You may not enter the lottery for these courses until your level has been confirmed. Please contact Grant Connell Tennis Centre for further information on assessment procedures.
Important Dates
- Monday, February 20th - Lottery opens.
- Tuesday, March 6th - Deadline to enter name in Lottery draw .
- Tuesday, March 13th - Registration opens and results posted on this page and at Grant Connell Tennis Centre.
- Thursday, March 29th, 9:00pm - Deadline to pay and register for courses in person or by phone at any North Vancouver Recreation Centre. You cannot pay or register online.
