Tennis Registration Lottery
For Spring 2010 ADULT Indoor Tennis Programs at Grant Connell Tennis Centre
Our indoor tennis programs are very popular. To ensure fair and equal access to the limited number of spots at Grant Connell Tennis Centre we have introduced a registration lottery system for all indoor tennis programs.
How to participate in the tennis registration lottery:
- Find the barcode for the course that you wish to register for by looking on eReg
- Fill out a Registration Form (
PDF 53KB) for the program you wish to take. Limit
one form per person per program. Individuals can apply for a maximum of
eight programs. Hard copy forms must be mailed or dropped off to
Grant Connell Tennis Centre – 280 Lloyd Ave, North Vancouver, V7P 3H3. Forms will not be accepted at any other recreation or community centre.
- All lottery forms must be completed and submitted by 9:00pm on Wednesday,
February 17th. Forms can be filled out on-line and will automatically be
entered into the lottery.
- Customers whose names are drawn for a space in a program will have their
Playcard numbers displayed on-line and also in the Grant Connell Tennis
Centre lobby on Tuesday, February 23rd. Customers are responsible for
verifying whether or not they have obtained a confirmed spot. The North
Vancouver Recreation Commission will not be contacting individual
customers.
- Successful applicants must register and pay by Tuesday, March 9th. Registrations may be done in person or by
phone at any North Vancouver Recreation or Community Centre.
- Those people who do not claim their lottery space will be removed the
morning of March 10th in order to open space for customers who are on the
waitlist.
- Program spaces are non-transferable.
Spring 2010 Junior Tennis Registration
Junior tennis registration begins on March 3rd. For more information check the new Spring / Summer leisure guide which will be delivered to North Shore homes on February 24th.
