FAST Clinic (1.0/1.5) Our Fun Adult Starter Tennis clinic introduces the basic fundamentals of play as well as rules and scoring, to get you to serve, rally and score. We use a new system of learning through progressions so tennis is easier and not as frustrating to learn. Just to help even more, the program includes a FREE Wilson Racquet and letter for a free court booking.

2.0 Clinic Instruction and drills train you to be consistent in difficult situations and includes serves and returns, as well as baseline, approach and net play situations. Challenge your opponents with increased control (singles and doubles play) and prepare yourself for level 2.5.

A 2.0 player can serve at 40% consistency, volley forehand using a catching action, and rally 10 balls in a row from 3/4 court.

2.5 Clinic Learn to win points in sengles & doubles with improved consistency and direction. Initiate points by directing the serve to an opponent's weak side. Maintain a consistent rally when receiving wider, deeper, and shorter balls. When at the net, receive volleys at different heights. eReg

3.0 Clinic Learn to initiate points by serving accurately with slice and returning with a variety of placements. Maintain a crosscourt exchange by sending and receiving balls with topspin and slice. At net, pressure opponent's with direction and respond to lobs with overheads. eReg

3.5 Clinic Fine tune your shots with instruction, drills and game simulations. Dominate common situations in doubles and singles play, including serves and returns, baseline and net play situations.

To register, you must be a minimum level 3.5 player. Level must be approved by coaching staff to participate.
