Field Maintenance & Incident Report
Use our online Field Maintenance & Incident Report to:
- Request maintenance at a specific playing field, outdoor sports court or park
- Report an incident*
- Report a problem or potential hazard
- Send us your comments.
* Your personal information will NOT be shared with incident participants.
Parks & Playing Field Application
Use this online Sports Field Application to request a park or playing field booking. We will contact you during normal office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 3:30pm) regarding your request.
Park Event Application
Use the downloadable Community and Trail Event Application (
PDF 85KB) to request a booking for a race, trail, corporate or community event in a park or public open space in North Vancouver.
Use the online Picnic & Wedding application to request a booking to hold a picnic or wedding in a North Vancouver Park.
