How to Submit a Proposal
You can fill out our online proposal, or print out the Third Party Program Proposal form and send it to:

How are Proposals Evaluated?
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following selection criteria (an interview may be required):
- Compliance with North Vancouver Recreation Commission policies and standards for program delivery
- Qualifications and experience of service provider
- For equal proposals, preference will be given to North Vancouver service providers
- A plan to promote the program in the community to ensure growth
- Membership in good standing with a governing body or professional association.
Proposals will be reviewed as they are recieved and we will contact you if more information is needed.
